Walnut Crusted Salmon Fjord/ Trout Truite saumonée
Ingredients:
- 800 g salmon trout fillets (Fjord Trout)
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 4 tbsp. fresh dill, minced
- 4-6 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 large lemon, juice needed
- lemon peel from 1/2 lemon, organic
- pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
- Cut salmon trout (Fjord Trout) fillets into smaller pieces and place onto baking dish. Squeeze 1/2 of lemon juice all over it. Set aside.
- In a small bowl combine the rest of the lemon juice, olive oil, chopped walnuts, fresh dill, lemon peel and sea salt.
- With brush (or hands) coat the fillets tops with the mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Next, remove the foil and bake with ventilation (hot air) for the next 10-15 minutes (until crust becomes golden). Serve immediately.
