Ingredients:
- ½ cup chopped fruit
- ice
- syrup or sweetener of choice, optional
- 1 cup tonic water, or 1/2 cup
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- ½ cup hot water
- lemon wedge, for garnish
Preparation:
- In a glass cup, add in your fruit and muddle with a large spoon or muddler. I used mangoes in one and strawberries in another.
- Place some ice into your cup then follow with your sweetener of choice, if desired. I used a mogu mogu drink as the sweetener. Top with tonic water.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tsp matcha with ½ a cup of water until frothy, set aside.
- Top your drink with matcha.
- Enjoy!
