Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coffee, with milk and sugar if desired
  • 6 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ice

Preparation:

  1. Chill coffee in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  2. In a tall cup, add in the heavy cream, sugar, and salt. Whisk together with a mini whisk or electric frother until thick.
  3. Fill a chilled glass with ice. Pour in the ⅓ cup of milk, the chilled brewed coffee, and top with as much salted cream as you’d like!
  4. Dust with cocoa powder for garnish.
