Ingredients:
- 1.5 large frozen banana or 2 medium
- ¾ cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup almond milk ⅔ cup for a thicker smoothie
- 2 tbsp flax meal
- 2-3 tbsp unsalted natural peanut butter
- ¼ cup ice cubes
Instructions:
- Add the ingredients, almond milk, spinach, flaxseed, peanut butter, banana, then ice cubes, to a high-powered blender. Blend for 2-3 minutes until evenly combined and it reaches a smooth consistency.
