Spinach Banana & Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 large frozen banana or 2 medium
  • ¾ cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk ⅔ cup for a thicker smoothie
  • 2 tbsp flax meal
  • 2-3 tbsp unsalted natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup ice cubes

Instructions:

  • Add the ingredients, almond milk, spinach, flaxseed, peanut butter, banana, then ice cubes, to a high-powered blender. Blend for 2-3 minutes until evenly combined and it reaches a smooth consistency.
