1/4 cup nut butter of choice (I used peanut butter)
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
chocolate granola and orange slice for garnish (optional but highly recommended!)
Instructions:
If you prefer your smoothies to be thicker, add another frozen banana or use LESS liquid (start with 1/2 cup of almond milk)
If you want the smoothie to be more thin, add more liquid.
Add all of the ingredients listed above into a high powered blender and blend until your desired consistency is reached. *See notes about serving size!
Taste and adjust if needed – if you need it sweeter, add a splash of honey or maple syrup. More chocolatey? Add more cocoa powder. More tart? Add more orange.
Top with granola and a fresh orange slice and enjoy!
