Ingredients:
- 1 very ripe banana
- 100 g (¾ cup) mixed frozen berries (I use a mix of blackberries, raspberries, blackcurrants and redcurrants)
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp cocoa powder or cacao
- 250 ml (1 cup) milk of your choice (I use oat milk)
Instructions:
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
