Ingredients:
| 1 cup | Water |
| 1 cup | Spinach |
| 1/2 cup | Frozen berries |
| 1/2 medium | Banana (s) (frozen) |
| 1 scoop | Whey protein powder, vanilla (or chocolate protein powder) |
| 1 tbsp | Chia seeds |
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine water and spinach first.
- Then add frozen berries, banana, whey protein, and chia seeds.
- Mix until smooth and enjoy.
