Chia Berry Green Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cupWater
1 cupSpinach
1/2 cupFrozen berries
1/2 mediumBanana (s) (frozen)
1 scoopWhey protein powder, vanilla (or chocolate protein powder)
1 tbspChia seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine water and spinach first.
  2. Then add frozen berries, banana, whey protein, and chia seeds.
  3. Mix until smooth and enjoy.
