Ingredients:  

  • 1 cup spinach fresh
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ fennel bulb cored and roughly chopped
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 green apple cored
  • 1 tsp ginger root peeled
  • 1 lemon peeled
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • Blend spinach, water and lemon together until juice-like consistency is reached.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
