Ingredients:
- 1 cup spinach fresh
- 1 cup water
- ¼ fennel bulb cored and roughly chopped
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 green apple cored
- 1 tsp ginger root peeled
- 1 lemon peeled
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions:
- Blend spinach, water and lemon together until juice-like consistency is reached.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
