Banana Bread Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup Old Fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, I used CleanSimpleEats
  • 1 cup milk, I used Fairlife Skim
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter, or PB2 powder
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 6 ice cubes
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract, optional

Optional Toppings

  • cookie dough chunks
  • chocolate chips or melted chocolate
  • banana slices
  • melted chocolate
  • chopped nuts

Instructions:

  • Add all smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend together for 30-45 seconds, until smooth throughout.
  • Divide between two glasses, add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
