Mango & Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ¼ cup plain or vanilla low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or other nondairy milk

Instractions:

  1. Add spinach, mango, yogurt and almond milk (or other milk) to a blender. Blend on medium-low speed, using the tamper as necessary, until well combined.
  2. Increase speed to medium-high and blend until very smooth
