Ingredients:
- 1 large carrot around 130g
- 1 medium banana around 100g
- 1/2 cup greek yoghurt 120g
- 1/2 cup milk 125g
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Peel carrot (optional) and banana.
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
