Banana Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 large carrot around 130g
  • 1 medium banana around 100g
  • 1/2 cup greek yoghurt 120g
  • 1/2 cup milk 125g
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Peel carrot (optional) and banana.
  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until completely smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
