Simple Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 organic, cage-free eggs
  • 2 compari tomatoes, quartered
  • Large handful of organic super greens mix (organic spinach, organic chard, organic kale, organic mizuna)
  • 1 tablespoon of organic butter
  • Fresh cracked black pepper and sea salt

Equipment:

  • Knife
