Mixed Berry Smoothie with Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 2 frozen peeled and diced bananas – or not frozen
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 ½ to 2 cups milk – plus more as needed
  • 1 ½ tablespoons honey – plus more to taste

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients into a large countertop blender. I use a 72-ounce capacity blender.
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth or until desired consistency. If too thick, add more milk as needed. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
