Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 2 handfuls fresh spinach leaves
- 1 teaspoon matcha tea
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 100% pure honey, agave nectar, or maple syrup, to taste (optional)
Instructions:
- Add the ingredients to the blender, in the order listed, except for the chia seeds, which will be added later. Blend on a low to medium speed to get the ingredients blending smoothly.
- Gradually turn up the speed to medium or high speed and blend until smooth.
- Blend in chia seeds or use them as a smoothie topping.
- Store in a glass container in the refrigerator for about 2 days. Smoothie will thicken as it stands.
