Keto Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients:  

  • ⅔ cup brewed coffee, cooled 160 ml
  • 2 tablespoon collagen peptides 14g
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter 30g
  • ¼ cup coconut milk from a can, 60g
  • 4 oz Ice cubes 120g (6 ice cubes)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sweetener optional, to taste

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Option to sprinkle with a little cacao before serving.
